If you would like to find out your daily recommended macronutrient intake to optimize your health, consider using our proprietary MyFitness Macronutrient Calculator to give you a breakdown on how many grams of Protein, Carbohydrates, and Lipids (Fats) should be in your diet to maintain optimal health.

Note: BMI is only one measurement of health and should not be used as a sole indicator of one's health. Please consult your physician if there are any serious concerns. Lean athletes often have a high muscle to fat ratio resulting in a BMI that is misleadingly high relative to their actual body fat percentage.
